Sawbridgeworth Osteopaths

Huseyin Tas B.Ost.

Qualified with a Bachelor's in Osteopathy from The London School of Osteopathy  (LSO).

" I was a personal trainer and sports massage therapist for 11 years before qualifying as an Osteo. I’ve trained and treated people of all ages (5 to 94 years old so far!) from all walks of life, helping them overcome injuries, achieve their goals, become stronger and lead a life without pain.

I’ve been active all my life and have a passion for helping others achieve optimal performance in sports. I believe movement is key to health and this can be tailored for each individual - you don’t need to be in a gym all day, movement can mean improving your gait or work ergonomics too. I incorporate my knowledge of biomechanics with osteopathic techniques to help patients improve as quickly and effectively as possible.

Patient-centred care is at the heart of my approach, I believe Osteopathic treatment is a partnership between patient and practitioner. I love to share my knowledge and explain my diagnosis so you understand exactly what has happened to your body and how to get better."
